I design clothes and teach others to do the same for a living. Though I’d love to get paid to talk someday.
What am I passionate about? •Jesus •My family and friends •Sharing life lessons for the benefit of others •Intellectual conversations •Good food (Jollof rice to be specific)
I’m very involved in helping people know better to improve the quality of their lives cos I’m an empathetic person My favorite thing to do is talk as I actively lean toward listening and being helpful Also, I don’t have a favorite color cos I look good in all…duh!🤪
I created this to share my learnings, which means I will add more stuff as time goes on.
If you find anything helpful here, don’t hesitate to write to me about it. I’d feel so much joy reading your thoughts.

ABOUT GRIEF
Can we talk about the fact that grief is not just about losing a loved one despite that losing a beloved is pretty hard
There are other ways grief show up
Let me be vulnerable with you, I recently had to let go of someone who was looking to develop a relationship with me
I discovered that I had to process the grief through words and acknowledge that I’m hurt despite realizing that I’m not compatible with the person
I walk into every room with my core needs as top priority so i could tell that this person may struggle to meet them…obviously that’s not an indictment on his character, he’s just not the person prepared for me by the Lord.
But knowing all these nuances didn’t change the fact that I felt sad to let go.
Had I not acknowledged this grief? I’ll be setting myself up to be passive aggressive or highly anxious and disinterested as a result of fear in another relational situation
This isn’t just limited to romance,I grieve parents i wish I had
I still grieve friendships i thought would last forever but didn’t
I allow myself to grieve carer opportunities i currently don’t have what it takes to get
I’m still learning to grieve blessings i thought the Lord would have released to me by now.
